Le Pin, facing up to the challenge of climate change

On the 12 of September, a press visit was made to the unit, on the theme of adapting large dairy farms to climate change.

Last month, Le Pin welcomed 9 media representatives for a press visit, to illustrate how INRAE is trying to provide solutions to help livestock farmers adapt to climate change.

A number of topics were addressed during the day, which was rich in exchanges, one of the main ones being the reduction of methane emissions from dairy cows.
Through our various experimental projects (Effialim, XXXL, Tripl'Scotch, and soon GLOBAL), you will be able to understand how each of them fits into a sustainable breeding system.
