On 27th November, our Tripl'XL cows spent their last moments in the pasture, before returning to the barn for the winter season. The weather conditions of the weekend were not favourable, the soils were no longer bearing and the growth of the grass was becoming more and more weak.

The yearling and yearling heifers, the crossbred steers, the dry cows and the complementary batch also followed, and returned to the building on 29th November. In total, 600 animals were relocated in the different barns of the farm, with the implementation of specific rations for each batch, according to the experimental protocols.

Here is a short review of the grazing season, in terms of milk production and animal growth:
